25+ years of working experience, mostly in the Automotive industry, primarily in the domain of Quality, Operations, Development.
All these years of experience has resulted in a strong ability to evaluate technical aspects, quality and economical constraints in every industrial context, in addition to a solid negotiating competence.

Why Alfiere Innovation
“Alfiere” is the italian word for “Bishop“, one of the key pieces of the Chess game. I find many similarities between my approach and this piece.
First of all, Chess is a strategic game and, like in business, there are unlimited possibilities to move and take strategic decisions but, without a clear vision and a precise strategy, it is impossible to achieve our goal.
The Bishop has the ability to zoom all over the board, as a consultant should sometimes do; it also moves diagonally, not in straight lines, and I can quite relate to it whenever I use my lateral thinking to overcome obstacles.
As a consultant I know that sometime it is necessary to move to an occupied square. Like the bishop, I know that there are squares that I will not touch.
Like a consultant, the bishop is not the most powerful piece on the board, yet it is an excellent team player and often joins the Queen in deploying the winning move.
